We are excited that you are considering membership. We want to make the increasing of our membership as easy as possible for you. Must fill out the Payroll deduction form in addition to filling out this application.
FOP #93 NEW MEMBER APPLICATION- Complete the new member application online and submit. Secretary Matt Bishop will automatically receive an email with your application request.
- Print and complete the Payroll Deduction Form. (We still need you to do a Payroll Deduction Form to have dues withdrawal begin.)
- Interoffice mail or hand-deliver the payroll deduction form to Fiscal at the Sheriff’s Office
